“I have always really enjoyed baking and making pastries and currently run a catering business for pastries. I think it started when I was younger and my aunt came down to visit. We would have fun in the kitchen and when I got old enough to use the oven I started making stuff whenever I wanted. Since I love baking, I think I want to go into being a pastry chef or a food chemist. I want to be a pastry chef because I really enjoy cooking and since baking has a lot of similarities to chemistry, which I find equally as fun, I’m considering going into that as well.”
